Returns & refunds at T8ertot's Shop

Because so many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind natural specimens, all sales are final — we can't replace a stone that nature only made once.

That said, if your order arrives damaged in transit, we'll absolutely make it right. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
