Shipping policy for T8ertot's Shop

We ship from our little shop in upstate New York via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders are packed with care — especially our one-of-a-kind natural stones — and usually go out within 2-3 business days.

Local pickup can be arranged in upstate New York — message us for details.

Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind natural items, once they're gone, they're gone. We take extra care wrapping fragile goods, but if anything arrives damaged, send us a photo right away and we'll make it right.
